MODESTEP: THE GODFATHERS OF DUBSTEP ROCK ARE BACK!

True pioneers of dubstep rock, the British act shaped an entire generation with tracks like Sunlight, Feel Good and Show Me A Sign. Dirty basslines, iconic choruses, waves of raging guitars, explosive energy and a high probability of localized mosh pits: the Bass Music Stage is entering a danger zone. Headbanging risk level: maximum. Take cover in the pit.

Blending bass music with electronic rock, Modestep has stood for more than fifteen years as one of the most distinctive projects on the British electronic scene. Formed in London in 2010 around Josh Friend, the project broke through with anthems built on a powerful hybrid sound. With Evolution Theory, London Road, and acclaimed releases on Disciple and Monstercat, Modestep cemented its status as an international reference. From Glastonbury and Coachella to Reading Festival, EDC, Ultra, Lost Lands and Pol’and’Rock Festival, where they performed in front of 750,000 people, the project has shaken some of the world’s biggest stages. Now led by Josh Friend, Modestep is entering a new chapter—darker, more intense and more ambitious than ever.
