From October 30 to 31, collect your cashless wristband when your ticket is scanned at the entrance and top it up at the festival. When ordering at the bar, present your wristband to the staff, they scan it, and your purchase is paid!
- How do I top up my wristband? As soon as you arrive at the festival, you can add credit to your wristband using three methods: 1) The fastest: scan the QR code on your wristband with your phone (card payment only). 2) Self-service: use the top-up stations available on site (card payment only). 3) At the cashless counters: payment by card or cash. You can top up your wristband at any time during the event.
- Where can I use my wristband? Your cashless credit can be used at public bars and food trucks. When ordering at one of these points of sale, present your wristband to the staff, they scan it, and your purchase is paid!
- And what about refunds? From Monday, November 2 at 8:00 PM, you can request a refund to recover the remaining balance on your wristband. To do so, you must create a cashless account by clicking on the link below. Please note: you have until November 17 at 6:00 PM to submit your refund request. Your balance must be over €2 to be eligible for a refund.

How should I take care of my wristband?
Your wristband contains an electronic chip where your money is stored. Take care of it to avoid any issues! Avoid exposure to heat or flames, and do not attempt to pierce it, as this would immediately render it unusable.
Is it possible to use a wristband from another event?
No, it is not possible to use a wristband from another event. Each wristband is specific to Dream Nation.

What happens to my money after the event?
It is possible to claim back the remaining balance on your wristband after the event until November 17 at 6:00 PM, provided your balance is over €2. To do so, you will need to create a cashless account after the festival by clicking: HERE
You will need to enter the 6-digit ID found on your cashless wristband. Without this chip number, it will be impossible to retrieve your account and process the refund of any remaining credit. You will then be able to submit a refund request.
Refunds are available from November 2 at 8:00 PM to November 18 at 6:00 PM. No refund requests will be processed after this deadline.
What are the fees? €1.50 activation fee for the wristband and €1.50 service fee for the refund.
