Adults
Access to the festival is strictly prohibited to minors, even if accompanied by an adult.
Ticket resale
Do not share your ticket’s barcode or number on social media to reduce the risk of fraud. Do not buy tickets from strangers or on unauthorized resale platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Leboncoin…), as you may be denied access to the festival. The official resale platform is open and available. HEREi
Ticket delivery
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets to download.
Pass Culture tickets will be sent by email 72 hours before the event. Please check your spam, junk mail, or trash folders at that time.
E-ticket information
An e-ticket must be printed in A4 format or downloaded to your phone as a PDF from the ticketing platform where it was purchased.
