How do I get to the festival by public transport or car?
BUS & RER access
RER B : “Parc des expositions” stop
BUS 350 : From Porte de la Chapelle, get off at “Parc des expositions”.

A1 motorway: Take the A4/A104 exit towards “Parc des expositions”.

On-site parking €20 per 24 hours.
TICKETING
I have a ticket in a different name to mine. Is that a problem?
No, the names on the tickets are not checked at the entrance to the festival, it is the barcodes on the tickets that are scanned. However, it is compulsory to have proof of identity to show that you are over the age of majority.
Do I have to print my ticket?
It’s best to print your ticket on A4 paper, but you can also have it on your phone in the form of an e-ticket.
Can I buy my ticket directly on the day of the festival?
Yes, if the event is not SOLD OUT on the day.
Do I need a special ticket as a person with reduced mobility?
No, if you are a person with reduced mobility, you must buy your festival ticket from the general ticket office on the website. When you arrive at the entrance, you can then make yourself known to a security guard, who will allow you access to the festival via the dedicated facilities.
ON-SITE
Can I leave the festival site and come back later?
No, all exits are final.
What payment methods are authorised at the festival?
Only Cashless payment is accepted for drinks at the bar, stands or food-trucks.
Can we eat and drink at the festival?
There are refreshment and food stalls on the festival site. Don’t forget to budget if you want to fill up.
Outside drinks are forbidden on the festival site (alcohol, plastic bottles, bottles/containers or any other glass object, flasks, jerry cans).
Can I find toilets on the festival site?
You’ll find plenty of toilets on the festival site
Are there any lockers ?
The festival offers stand-alone cloakroom lockers. Go directly to the payment module (Cash/Cb) to receive your card connected to your locker. Simple, fast and secure!
SECURITY
Security
For safety, emergency or operational reasons, visitors or spectators must strictly comply with the instructions of the security staff, whose job it is to ensure that the necessary action is taken in the event of an incident, accident, violence, evacuation of the site and application of these regulations.
Checking the contents of bags and other containers will be systematic and compulsory. This may take some time.
Please arrive early! Access may be refused to anyone who fails to comply with these measures.
Major incidents, accidents, illness
In the event of a major incident endangering the safety of festival-goers and staff, such as a weather hazard or major technical problem, the perimeter will be evacuated by the organizers. If you feel unwell or have an accident within the festival grounds, please notify emergency or security personnel.
In case of theft of personal effects
Dream Nation cannot be held responsible under any circumstances.
Instructions & prohibited items
- Dangerous objects (sharp or blunt objects, firearms, pyrotechnics, explosive or incendiary devices, and tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, etc.).
- Suitcases and bags larger than 25L (maximum size allowed: H 50 cm x W 30 cm x D 25 cm)..
- Bulky objects (tables, chairs, coolers, camelbacks, etc.).
- Flammable, explosive, corrosive, oxidizing and toxic products, as well as all types of flammable aerosols (including perfumes), markers and paint cans, appliances containing liquid oxygen, siphon gas cartridges, etc.
- Items on wheels (caddies, hand trucks, wheelbarrows, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, etc.)
- Glass objects (bottles, containers, flasks, etc.).
- Flagpoles, Selfie stick
- Cameras / Selfie sticks / Recorders (professional type), laser pointers, drones. Only compact cameras are allowed.
- Food (packaged or unpackaged), bottles and liquids of any kind (except empty water bottles).
- Distribution of leaflets, flyers, tracts, promotional posters (unless authorized).
- Animals (except guide dogs)

- Medicines : Only authorized with a valid prescription

PRM/PWD
FESTIVAL AND HANDICAPS team
A dedicated team is on hand at the festival entrance to welcome people with disabilities.
PMR/ PSH parking
A PMR / PSH parking lot is available on the festival site.
For authorized vehicles, access is via the Exhibitor Delivery entrance to the Villepinte Exhibition Center.
ATTENTION: PMR/PSH parking subject to availability.
No tickets on sale in the parking lot. Tickets are only available in presale on Dream Nation.com and at all usual points of sale, as well as at the festival box office.
Shuttles
A special shuttle bus will take you from the PMR/PSH parking lot to the festival concert site. It will run continuously during the concert area’s opening hours.
Adapted toilets
Adapted and dedicated toilets are available in the concert area.
How can I benefit from these services?
You must be in possession of an admission ticket. If you already have a disability card or priority parking card, all you have to do is bring them along with your festival ticket.
