CASHLESS BRACELET
From September 26 to September 27, pick up a Cashless bracelet and top it up at the booths within the festival. When you visit the bar, simply present your bracelet to the servers who will scan it, and just like that, your purchase is paid for!
- At the festival site, I pick up my cashless bracelet at the cashless booths and load it with the amount I want, either in cash or by bank card.
- During the event, I pay for my purchases by presenting my bracelet to the servers who scan it.
- When my bracelet’s balance runs out, I can recharge it at any time at the cashless booths.
- Starting from the Monday after the festival, at 8:00 PM, you can request a refund to retrieve the remaining amount on your bracelet. To do this, you must create a cashless account by clicking here .
- Note: You have until November 17 at 6:00 PM to make a refund request. Your balance must be over €2 to be eligible for a refund.
How do I pick up my bracelet?
Once inside the event, head to a cashless booth. A bracelet will be given to you, and you can load it with funds using cash or a credit card.
Is the bracelet free?
No, there is a 1€ activation fee for your bracelet.
How do I reload my bracelet?
You can reload your bracelet as many times as you like during the event by presenting it at any of the cashless booths located on the festival site.
How can I check the balance on my bracelet?
During the festival, you can ask for your balance at any cashless booth or at the bars located on site.
Can I access a summary of my transactions?
Yes, you can access a summary of your transactions by presenting your bracelet at the cashless booths during the festival.
How should I take care of my bracelet?
Your bracelet is equipped with an electronic chip where your money is stored. Take care of it to avoid any inconvenience! Avoid exposing it to heat or flame, and do not attempt to puncture it: this would immediately render it inoperative.
Is it possible to use a bracelet from another event?
No, it is impossible to use a bracelet other than the one provided during the event.
What happens to my money after the event?
It is possible to retrieve the remaining balance on your bracelet after the event until november 17 at 6 p.m., if the balance is greater than €2. To do so, you will need to create a cashless account after the festival by clicking here. You will need to provide the 6-digit identifier found on your cashless bracelet. You can then submit a refund request.
